What this page shows, and what it does not

It shows what the API answers right now, service by service, and the maintenance window we have declared, when there is one. Maintenance is announced here before it starts, with a beginning and an end.

It does not show an availability history or a contractual target. The product is in pre-BETA, with no client in production, and an availability figure measured only over a staging environment would say little.
