# Capitalis — Factoring as a Service (FaaS)

**Your factoring company, automated.** You run the deals and win new clients inside the
Capitalis CRM; the system handles the rest. Fixed monthly subscription, never a percentage
of the amount financed.

## The FaaS model

The **client factoring company** buys the receivable, advances the funds, takes the credit
risk, registers the invoice and answers to the regulator. Capitalis is the **tool** it uses.
Capitalis does not buy receivables, does not take credit risk and does not hold money:
boleto and Pix settle into the client's own bank account.

**Stage (pre-beta):** the foundation is built and runs in staging, operated by the founder's
own factoring company with demonstration data. Integrations with banks, credit bureaus,
electronic signature, notary and invoice registries are in sandbox and homologation and only
go live with each provider's contract and credentials. There is no production customer yet.

## The four layers

1. **Origination** — CRM for sellers, proposals and onboarding.
2. **Operations** — batch analysis, pricing, formalisation and disbursement.
3. **Money** — Pix, registered boleto, bank reconciliation and segregated escrow (trustee).
4. **Proof** — immutable audit trail, reporting and verifiable compliance.

client's data isolated in the database and a record of everything that was done.

## Six flagship tools

- **Receivable batch operations** — from proposal to disbursement, with pricing and limits.
- **Multichannel collections** — WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail and phone, with cadence and history.
- **Trustee** — the seller's money in a segregated account, with statements.
- **Debtor confirmation** — confirm the invoice before releasing funds.
- **Electronic duplicata registry** — filing with an authorised registry (in homologation).
- **Captain AI** — an assistant over the client's own data, never leaving the tenant.

## Security

Forced per-tenant isolation in the database (Row-Level Security), append-only `audit_log`
with WORM archiving, encryption in transit and for sensitive fields, idempotency on every
money-moving route, a public vulnerability register scored with CVSS v3.1 under an SLA, and
a roadmap towards ISO/IEC 27001. Details at /seguranca.md (Portuguese).

## Pricing

A **fixed monthly subscription** per factoring company. Third-party fees are passed through
**at cost per event** on their own invoice line, never as a percentage of the amount
financed. The site publishes no figure: the number comes from the sales channel.
