## Official channels

These are the only Capitalis channels. Any request for payment, credentials or sensitive data arriving from another address is not from us.

If you would rather write from the site, the [contact form on the English home page](en/#contato) reaches the same inbox. It asks for name, e-mail, subject and message, and nothing else.

If you are a software agent looking for how to call Capitalis, start with [llms.txt](llms.txt), which states when to use the platform, and with the [platform status page](/status). The API contract and the MCP server are released to customers with an active contract, through the sales channel.

## What we do not handle here

Capitalis does not buy receivables, does not advance money and does not negotiate invoices. If you are looking to discount a receivable, that is what a factoring company does, and we are the software it runs on. Full explanation on [About](/about).
